Tem, mas é mais pelo fato que o Peter Jackson quis acrescentar as histórias que tem nos apêndices do Senhor dos Anéis, então tem muita coisa que você não lê no Hobbit, mas tem no filme, mas fora isso, até os diálogos são os mesmos

Ele mudou algumas coisas, mas é tipo deixou a cena mais rápida, ou tipo no filme tem a história do Thorin com o Azog, então ele colocou o Azog nas cenas
